I’m not playing as much Go as I used to, but I’ve played for a long time and got involved at many levels (as a player, club president, federation secretary, etc.), so…

The (French) rules of Go,

simple, elegant, equivalent to the American AGA rules, or British BGA rules;

Fédération Française de Go

everything you ever wanted to know about Go in France;

European Go Federation

same for Europe, and its pro players (including two Frenchies);

Sensei’s Library

a Wiki site that has become the most useful FAQ about Go, even if it’s not maintained any longer;

Cosumi

an interactive tutorial/bot for beginners;

OGS

a simple yet nice Online Go Server, in your browser (and also more than 170 lessons for beginners);

The Go club of Boulogne Billancourt

where I used to play each and every week doesn’t exist any more, but I later helped create the first online club affiliated with the French federation: SitS

Problems

Go Problems

many problems, ranked and organized by collections. Not a big fan of this site, but it does have many problems for various ranks;

101 WeiQi

a Chinese site, with daily problems, mostly very nice quality;

AI Sensei

a site for AI analysis of your game (with a free tier!!!) that also includes (for now) some ranked whole board problems. The idea is great, the quality, not really (if the second best move is only slightly worse, it’s not easy to understand why…);

Go Magic Skill Tree

I cannot say anything about their paid courses, but the problems in the skill tree are quite nice and thematically organized, which is a big plus for me;

Tsumego Hero

another way to approach many classical life-and-death problems;

Black to play

a daily problem plus many other available;

Tsumego Collections

classical problem collections;

Study

Josekipedia

the reference for old and new Joseki (corner sequences);

Though OGS

does provide for free a very simple AI analysis, AI Sensei can give you more without the need to install your own AI model (Katago for instance), even in the free tier;

Waltheri’s pattern search

allows to look for a given pattern in a huge number of professional games;

There are many teachers and schools,

ask me if you want my opinion on any particular one, but usually you should have a look at their YT videos before enlisting in any paid thing. Very high quality is there however if you look for it (and have the money);

News

RFG

the French Go Journal (obviously, in French);

Gobase

a seemingly infinite source of information (players, articles, SGF games, etc…);

Go News

recent international pro tournaments results;
