I am a PhD student in Lifeware team since september 2018, under supervision of François Fages and Sylvain Soliman.
Research interests
I am working during my PhD on differential model reduction by (min, +) tropical algebra constraint solving. This is part of the ANR-DFG project SYMBIONT (Symbolic methods for biological networks).
Formation
I graduated with the master degree Interdisciplinary Approaches to Life Sciences, and also followed the master track MSA (Modelling, Statistics et Algorithmics of out-of-equilibrium systems (now merged with another track in Physics of Complex Systems)).
Research internships:
- 2017 · ICSMB (Aberdeen, UK) : 'Statistical-mechanistic model of ribosome elongation cycle in mRNA translation'', under supervision of M Carmen Romano
- 2016 · Soft Interfaces- LPS (Orsay, France) : Experimental study of a model of self-propelled random walker, under supervision of Frédéric Restagno
