Research

I prepared my PhD under the supervision of François Fages at INRIA and Denis Thieffry at IBENS, working on continuous and discrete models explaining cell fate decisions, in particular regarding the links between the cell cycle and the circadian clock.

Teaching

During my PhD, I taught introduction classes to Linux, Programming with Python and R at the IBENS.

I was also in charge of the monthly Junior Seminar at Inria Rocquencourt together with a small team of PhD students.
